How To Transplant
Transplanting your tissue culture plant is the first step in making the garden of your dreams. Here we have the steps to ensure that your little plant successfully becomes a monster.

Transplanting tissue culture plants is a fairly easy task, but there are a few tips you should follow to make sure that your plant survives and thrives.

The first step is to select a pot for your plant. You’ll want to choose a container that’s slightly larger than the tissue culture container. Make sure that there are plenty of drainage holes in the bottom of the pot and it should have a drainage tray to protect your floor from any extra water.
Next, it’s time to add potting soil to the new container. Use a quality, fast draining soil like coco-coir or rockwool, so that your plant’s roots will have plenty of space to expand. Now you’re ready to transplant your plant.
Start by removing the plant from the tissue culture container and carefully separating the roots so that the rootball can fit into the pot. If the plant is root-bound, carefully tease apart the roots with your fingers.
Finally, fill in the sides of the pot with potting soil and give the plant a gentle press down to ensure that it’s securely in place. Water the plant well and give it adequate light. You should see your plant flourishing in no time!
